a2c service and survey
The ‘a2c service and survey’ module caters for the management of any servicing or surveying activity that needs to be done on a regular basis at a specific place. Examples of use would be for Gas Servicing, Lift servicing and Electric visual inspections.
Our service and survey module includes – Generation of the next service based on user defined service intervals (service intervals can be multiples of years, months, weeks, days, etc), full service history, full actions log against each service, automatic letter production, comprehensive reporting, people and places information such as tenants and contractors, and much more.
The a2c service and survey module has been live at the pilot site since the start of Feb 2006. Details of this pilot site are coming soon.
